Ajaia is growing, and our team is now spread around the world. The knowledge transfer that used to happen by sitting next to each other does not happen on its own anymore. So this is the brain dump: everything we have learned about doing great work here, in one place.
This is not a rulebook. Apply everything in here with a grain of salt. What we do is complex and changes with the situation. If something is unclear, ask. If something seems wrong, say so. That is very much in the spirit of this document.
